Last night, Big Sean took to Instagram to promise us new music, and he has delivered “No More Interviews.” The cover art simply sums up the song.
At the end of the song Big Sean raps, “No more interviews unless you wanna talk about the music or something that has a different view and not the s**t that’s getting the hits and views words misconstrued with no credit but you n****s approved.”
In the three in a half minute hook-less song produced by Sean himself and Amaire Johnson, the Detroit emcee keeps it all the way real.
“No More Interviews” gives the world insight on how he feels about all of the controversial rhetoric surrounding his life. He speaks on Naya Rivera, his ex-girlfriend of two years, his troubled relationship between himself, Kanye West and Kid Cudi and anything that has nothing to do with the consistent hits he’s been dropping over the last decade. During interviews, the G.O.O.D Music artist only wants to speak about the music or something that’s intellectual. He doesn’t want people in his business nor does he care about the he say she say in the industry.
Big Sean has been on a roll musically. This song lets us known that according to Kanye, he’s the best rapper out and it doesn’t hurt his case that his Dark Sky Paradise album went platinum with out a solo tour.
If “No More Interviews” is an indication of what we can expect from Big Sean’s new album, I’m already waiting on it.
