Bronx’s up and coming rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has created a large buzz for quite some time now, largely due to his single “My S**t.” His extraordinary success has even caught the attention of OVO’s very own, Drake. Now, A Boogie is letting the world know where he’s at today releasing the music video for “Not A Regular Person.”
A Boogie raps about his come up, going from street life to fame, as he celebrates his success in a luxurious home accompanied by some beautiful ladies. He shares his story saying “We used to pull up in the Honda / Now every time that we pop up / We got to pull up in designer / We doing it just to remind us / To never go back to the bottom.”
The video also shows clips of A Boogie performing at New York City’s B.B. King Blues Club, along with his pop-up at Madison Square Garden for Drizzy’s ‘Summer Sixteen’ shows. But not only is this rising star celebrating his own success, but the success of him and his Highbridge the Label team.
If you haven’t heard of A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie before, I suggest you watch his music video below and start keeping up!
