Tonight has been a great night for new music and Tory Lanez has just added to that list. The singer/rapper just released his debut album, I Told You and the 14-track album is really dope and has no features. The album features previously released singles, “Say It,” “Flex,” and “Cold Hard Love.” It also has the hit track, “Luv” on it.
The album does not include Tory’s remix of “Controlla” but it seems to be better off that way so fans can focus on the music NOT his alleged beef with Drake.
“I just like that song. That’s all it was,” he told Sway Calloway about his “Controlla” remix. “I’m not a hater. I’ve expressed this before. I’ve never been hater. We like you. We just want to be #1. Is there a problem with that? Can I be the best? Can y’all watch me be great? Will y’all allow me to do that?”
Regardless Tory has beef with Drake or not, it doesn’t really matter. I Told You is worth the listen regardless.
