Stream Curtis Williams’ New Mixtape ‘DANCO SZN’

Curtis Williams has returned with his new mixtape Danco SZN. The Atlanta emcee burst onto the scene in 2013 with the internet hit “Face it“.

Williams would later drop his cult classic debut tape Half Forgotten Daydreams. Since then Curtis has been featured in tracks produced by Mike Will Made it and featuring artists like Wiz Khalifa.

This time around Williams goes for a more robust sound on his new tape only including a handful of features including a collaboration with fellow Atlanta rapper, OG Maco.

Danco SZN is a quick project with only nine tracks, however, each song packs a punch. Williams enlists some of the heavyweight producers in the industry to handle the production on the project. This includes tracks with beats made by Sonny Digital and Lex Luger.

From a lyrical standpoint, Curtis takes a more aggressive approach to his bars and it pays off for him. Curtis’ aggression can really be felt on every track on this project and this really compliments the production. Standout cuts on the tape would have to be the headbanger, “Practice” and the menacing “No Strings Attached.”
