If giving us his highly awaited album Blonde wasn’t enough, Frank Ocean also decided to release a unique magazine available in select cities. As fans have been sifting through the content, a particular poem written by Kanye West has really stood out.
Of all the expensive fashion designers, and exorbitant cars that are often name dropped in his music, you’ll be surprised to hear that Yeezy decided to write about the world famous fast food joint, McDonald’s. The poem in the Boys Don’t Cry zine is specifically about McDonald’s french fries.
We’re all aware that the fries at McDonald’s are pretty irresistible, but Ye goes as far as calling them evil and insinuates that other items on the McDonald’s menu are envious of the fries.
“I always knew them French fries was evil man/Smelling all good and s**t/I don’t trust no food that smells that good man”
The magazine, released yesterday was only available in four cities, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and London. According to Complex, the free magazine is now selling on eBay for anywhere between $250 to $1000.
