Since his release, Gucci Mane has been extremely busy making up the time he spent away from his fans. From numerous features, to his campaign for Supreme, and being featured in Vogue, Gucci has been at work and doesn’t plan on stopping any time soon. This past Thursday, Gucci’s long anticipated presence on the remix of Major Lazer‘s “Cold Water,” featuring MØ and Justin Bieber, was finally released. Gucci previewed it by releasing a small snippet via Instagram just before they released the entire track. The first version of the record, which is off Major Lazor’s upcoming album, Music Is The Weapon, recently placed No. 1 in only four days, and now with Gucci’s amazing verse on it, the song has just reached an entirely new level.
“Make your wrists water, frozen cold water/Your ex went hard but Gucci go way harder. You say you do it big, but Gucci way larger,” raps Gucci Mane. During his verse, he shouts out Justin Bieber while rapping over the song’s spirit lifting beat.
