The famous 90’s psychic, Youree Dell Harris, formerly known as Miss Cleo, died at 53-years-old.
According to TMZ, a rep for Miss Cleo said she died Tuesday morning in Palm Beach, FL. She had recently been in the hospital and was able to be discharged last week to a hospice center.
Miss Harris was struggling with colon cancer, which was spreading from her lungs and liver. The rep also referred to her as a “Pillar of Strength” during her battle. Luckily, she was able to be with family and friends during her passing.
Miss Cleo’s classic commercials became a huge hit in the late 90’s, giving us the Jamaican accent and legendary “CALL ME NOW.” She was born in L.A. but you’d never know because she easily delivered that accent oh too well. Did any of you ever make that call? I know you wanted too!
Many people mourned and showed their appreciation for the memorable psychic on social media.
Many prayers and blessings to the family of Miss Harris, the iconic Miss Cleo.
