Travis Scott announced at a show earlier this week that he plans on dropping his long-awaited follow up mixtape to Rodeo on during the week of July 4th. Peep the tweet bellow.

The G.O.O.D Music signee has been making a good amount of buzz through his latest single “Pick up the Phone” featuring Young Thug and Migos‘ Quavo, so it makes sense that Scott would push his new project The Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight to an earlier release date. Scott recently went on tour with Rihanna for her Anti album world tour. During which, Travis made some key announcements, including the title of his next album, Astroworld.

Scott has been featured on multiple new tracks lately, including Kanye West‘s star studded “Champions,” a track that has been linked to G.O.O.D Music’s Cruel Winter Project, and Roc Nation artist Belly‘s “Money Go” single.
Travis Scott has also been hard at work on not only his own work but some of his G.O.O.D Music artist as well. Desiigner previewed his XXL freshmen freestyle this week and then hinted that the verse (which is known as Timmy Turner) was being turned into a song with the help of Scott and producer, Mike Dean.
Whatever Travis Scott has been apart of over the past four years it has been a success. So expect this new tape to be a banger.
