Queens native emcee, Yung Reno, debuts a thought provoking video to his lead single off his Crown Royal EP. “Reflection” touches on true life events while painting a picture of the past. In the FreshPres directed visual, you’ll get a glimpse of Reno’s skeptical mentality and the message behind the record will be evident.
With his rap alias embodying the crime and gang pervaded streets of East Elmhurst, changing the stereotype of black men drew him to Howard University in 2007. With a background not as common as most hip-hop artists, Young Reno’s music is part party, part concious grit creating one sound that contributes to the versatility of being a lover of music.
Make sure you peep the visual above and check out the Crown Royal EP, which is available now via Datpiff.
