NYC Lyricist Ricasso Drops "Rico Bounce"

While everybody else is ALL THE WAY UP, there’s some people out there who have that “Rico Bounce.”

Meet, Ricasso, the cool 18 year old and originator of the Rico Bounce. One of seven children, Ricasso used music as an outlet and turned his passion of words and dance into a career.

I first met Ricasso during my tenure at The Source Magazine when I judged a BCG Records Unsigned Artist Competition at Daddy’s House Recording Studion in Manhattan. The showcase featured many talented rappers that were more experienced than him. Although he was 16 at the time, homeboy had heart! He made it to the final round and he’d eventually lose. He gained a wealth of experience in the process and Ricasso kept trucking.

Two years later he’s back at it! Rico Bounce sounds like a summer hit. It’s been picking up steam with comedians and dacers on ‘the gram and Youtube using it in their skits and dance routines.

It’s enjoyable.
