BK spitter Mr. MFN eXquire is currently gearing up to release his brand new project later this year, Black Genius, the follow up to his 2015 Live Forever EP. This year, we’ve been gifted with his video game-themed visual for “Green Ranger,” but not much else.
This week, the Crown Heights lyricist returns with his gritty, new Trevor Banks-directed video for “Bend The Bloccs.” The audio version of the track initially dropped last month as the “Free Troy Ave” freestyle, but as Ave has since been released on bond earlier this month, the song has been treated to some brassy visuals and anchored with an equally bold new title.
The track features DeILLest and Cokey Briccz, and sees the trio hit the block rattling off bar after ferocious bar throughout the unforgiving Brooklyn streets. This freestyle is intended to hold Mr. MFN’s fans until the release of Black Genius. No official release date has been announced.
