Kobe & Vanessa Bryant are Expecting Baby #3

First comes love. Then comes marriage. Here comes Vanessa Bryant with a Baby Carriage! Five-time NBA Champion, Kobe Bryant and wife, Vanessa are expecting their third child together. The couple already have two daughters and according to Kobe’s Instagram page, looks like another girl is on the way.

According to ABC NEWS Bryant, 37 and wife Vanessa 34, shared the same photo on IG to tell the world that they are expecting their third child. His Instagram photo was met with congrats along with some puzzling questions of if the basketball phenom really wanted a boy instead. While that may had crossed his mind, Kobe seems to be just as happy with the girl. Bryant and Vanessa just celebrated their 15-year wedding anniversary in April which was doubled by the celebration of Kobe’s retirement from the NBA. Bryant went on to score 60 points in his 101-96 victory over the Utah Jazz that celebratory night.

So this year seems to be the year of celebration for Kobe. Now that he’s retired he’ll have plenty of daddy duty time: changing diapers, feeding and cuddling his littlest one– which might be a bit of an adjustment as their daughters Natalia, whom is 13 and Gianna, whom is 10 are not babies anymore themselves. But everyone seems to be very happy and excited for the new edition.

Back in June, Kobe sat down with ABC NEWS to discuss life and goals after his long basketball career. He stated that he wanted to have his own studio and be able to tie storytelling and basketball together as he’s always had a love for storytelling since he was a kid. Well we guess now he’ll have plenty of little basketball shoes and stories to share now that Baby Mamba is on her way.
