Joe Budden has had it. After Meek Mill dropped a diss track, Budden responded as if he was waving off a fly. Many will say the best way to respond to beef is to simply just not respond at all, considering it downplays the initial diss in the first place. Though Joey hasn’t taken this route throughout his recent beef with Drake, he is clearly learning through experience.
As the many memes of Budden that continue to circulate around, Joey is being a pretty good sport about it all. On twitter, Budden has always been prompt at responding to those that mention him or about popular topics on his TL. Apparently, the trending topic has been himself and he isn’t letting anyone forget about it. He has responded to tweets in quite a hilarious matter after the situation that created his meme hysteria. This being one of them.
After Meeks diss track was released, Budden responded in a similar way. He is making sure to acknowledge it, but playing it off cool. Lol, the slight diss.
Clearly, Budden isn’t letting anyone get away without a slight or even major response from him. Though his name has been circling around social media for the last couple weeks, by responding he is only stirring the pot himself. He recently tweeted to his followers questioning how much longer he has to be trending in order to be relevant with while sipping a seemingly invisible cup of tea.
We all know this isn’t Budden’s first or last beef or controversial twitter rant. Watching him and others go back and forth only give us entertainment. For now, letting Budden have his “Dub” for his smug tweets seem to be the only route in this situation, I guess.
