Anderson .Paak performed some freestyling on DJ Tony Touch’s “Toca Tuesdays” at Shade 45 on July 26, showing off his talent right before appearing in Mac Miller’s new single, “Dang!.” The single premiered on Zane Lowe’s Beats1 show on July 28.
“Dang!” was an idea apparently given to Miller by .Paak, according to Complex, with the instrumentals provided by students from Julliard, and is from an album Miller is dropping in September.
Complex also said .Paak, in addition to having freestyling moves, recently debuted a new song of his own,“Bubblin’,” which is now available online for fans to listen to. It’s currently unclear if the song is connected to an album that .Paak may be working on.
While there is uncertainty as to where this song will end up in the long run, fans are still anticipating getting their hands on the album NxWorries, which .Paak has been working on in collaboration with Knxwledge, which they finished up in June.
