We are all aware that comedian Kevin Hart likes to drop a few bars when he steps into his rapper alter ego Chocolate Droppa. But Hart is a man of many talents, and has proven that he can even rap in the voice of the characters he plays!
Hart has recently been on a press tour in the UK to promoting the movie The Secret Life of Pets in which he is the voice of white rabbit Snowball. Visiting radio station BBC Radio 1Xtra, the presenter challenged the comedian to rap Desiigner’s hit track “Panda” in the voice of Snowball. It was high pitched, squeaky and hilarious to say the least!
Confused by the written lyrics of “Panda,” which we no doubt all are, Hart paused in the middle of the rap to express his views on them.
‘Is this really the lyrics to this song?…“Was this really what he says in the song?’
The presenter of the show who couldn’t stop laughing at Hart’s attempt at the track, then said, ‘Now you know what Desiigner is really talking about.’ Still very confused, Hart replied back:
‘No I don’t.’
This isn’t the first time Hart has had us in fits of laughter with his rapping attempts. Just recently Hart or Chocolate Droppa took on television host James Corden on the The Late Late Show with James Corden on his segment ‘Drop the Mic.’ Whilst Corden gave him a run for his money, the audience decided that Hart well and truly had bars, casting him the winner in the rap battle.
