This guy Papa G from Houston is a lyrical monster! On his debut rap single “Everyday,” he displays the ability to vividly describe his Southern trap lifestyle while using some of the hardest bars as anyone doing it. This is rap at it’s finest.
Director Bird Medina highlighted Papa G’s boss status in this video. While riding in a doorless jeep in his cocaine white-boss attire with his bros, there’s a home invasion orchestrated by two beautiful women. The two girls set up a guy, steals something of value and returns it back to Papa. In the South, that type of common criminal activity is called busting a jugg. And that is what goes on “Everyday,” in the life of New Lord Papa G.
If you aren’t familiar with the New Lords camp, get familiar. The face of the camp is the voice of Houston, Go Mc Beezy. Beezy has been holding down Houston in his own light for a while, but now the camp is pushing their new artist, Meyerxansky, aka, Papa G and he seem ready for the spotlight. We look forward to hearing new music from the Houstonian in the future, but for now, well enjoy “Everyday.”
