Meek Mill Performs at Beyonce’s Show in Philly

Despite being hit hard with an extra eight days of house arrest, rapper Meek Mill hit the stage for the first time in months during Beyoncé‘s Formation tour stop in his hometown of Philadelphia. Meek’s extra days of house arrest stem from him not completing the proper amount of hours plus accomplishing them in places not pre-approved by the judge.

Meek shook off his house restrictions as he performed his street anthems such as “Ima Boss” and the intro track from his debut album, Dreams and Nightmares. Billed as a surprise guest on Bey’s tour, Meek Mill was brought out by the man who’s been blessing up and dropping us major key alerts since forever, DJ Khaled. Khaled has brought out special guests since he joined the tour last month. Meek also reportedly performed next to MMG label boss, Rick Ross as they covered a medley of other hits. Based on how Meek shut his city down last night, he seems to be more focused on dropping new heat for our ears instead of his feud with Drake. Since releasing his sophomore effort Dreams Worth More Than Money, he delivered two 4/4 EPs that prove you can’t kick a man when he’s down.
