Veteran neo-soul artist, Erykah Badu has been rolling out her own renditions to a few of her favorite songs lately. It all started with her remix version “Cell U La Device” of Drake‘s “Hotline Bling” which later birthed an entire mixtape featuring a telephone theme (But U Caint Use My Phone). From there we got “Trill Friends” which is a flip on Kanye West‘s “Real Friends” followed by a magical remix of Wintertime‘s “Thru It All.” Badu has now reemerged with PartyNextDoor‘s collaboration with Drake “Come See Me” giving the slow jam a woman’s perspective with her sultry vocals is sheer gold. On the soundcloud description of the tune she said “IM IN LOVE / FOR THE CLASS OF 2016.”]
Word on the curb is that another track is scheduled to drop later today, but for now listen to Badu take on the popular track below…
