BET has unveiled the nominees for the 2016 BET Awards.
Hip-Hop and R&B’s favorites of the year are at the top of the list this year. Drake takes the top spot of nominations, securing nine. Queen Bey (Beyoncé) and pop princess, Rihanna tie with receiving five nominations a piece. Mr. Future Hendrix and the man of trap-soul, Bryson Tiller take four nominations for this years BET Awards. Want to guess who also scores a spot in the nominees? The amazing ten time Grammy winner, Adele, she’s up for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist! She makes it for the first time with her hit single “Hello.”
This year there will be performances by 2 Chainz, Usher, nominee, Bryson Tiller, Lil Wayne, Kehlani and he The Roots. There will also be appearances from Katt Williams and Mike Epps, the audience is probably in for a treat.
