With the success of his first and currently his only release, “Panda,“ Desiigner is looking to follow up his debut smash hit with a new track titled “Moon People.” Although his debut song is currently the No. 1 song in the country, the 19-year-old Brooklyn rapper has experienced major scrutiny for his Atlanta-esque sound. The controversy of his rise to fame eludes the G.O.O.D music signee is nothing more than a Future impersonator.
The buzz circulating his success may have generated just as many enemies (hey, Justin Bieber and Future) as fans, but Desiigner continues the trolling, because let’s be honest– either way, you are still talking about him.
But during SXSW, he premiered the song “Pluto“ which is Future’s first album title and now with “Moon People“ on the rise, Future Hive members suggest that the NY emcee is biting Future’s astronaut wave in his earlier work.
Desiigner previewed the track via Snapchat. Peep the BK kid’s snippet below and tell us what you think.
