Republic’s Newcomer, Post Malone released the visuals for new single “Go Flex.” Directed by James DeFina and Chris Velona, it’s got Texas flags, desert fires, and what looks like Neegan’s baseball bat.
“Go Flex” is really just about stuntin, showing you got the sauce,” Post stated during an interview. “It’s just about going out with your friends, turning up, feeling super cool.”
Produced by Charlie Handsome and Rex Kudo, the song’s also a sign of things to come from Post’s upcoming debut album, due via Republic in the coming months. The album, Post said, will be “culmination of all the sounds that represent” him—”folk, country, hip-hop,” and more guitar playing.
