Meek Mill titles “Summer Sixteen” “Trap Vibes”
The beef between Drake and Meek Mill is a situation that may never perish. Instantly when hear that Meek Mill is going in over Drake’s “Summer Sixteen” production, you think automatic shots will be fired. But that’s not the case, as Meek Mill just simply loves the beat and gives it proper bars. “Northside of Philly my side of town, bulletproof whip when I ride around, n***as talk s**t when I’m not around”, Meek Mill raps. Meek Mill splits the efforts of his rhymes with more bars over Desiigner’s “Panda” production.
The way the beats connect with one another feel similar to a Hot 97 freestyle-session with DJ Flex or Sway’s Five Fingers of Death sessions. It also wouldn’t hurt to hear Meek spit this over at Tim Westwood’s studio.
Stunting, jewelry, Philly, the fakes, and blowing money is the subject for both songs. Meek Mill knows his strengths and goes in on both productions. “I should of just mumbled the rest,” Meek says at the end of his “Panda” freestyle.
What’s coming from Meek Mill as we heat up for the summer months? Ain’t no tellin’, but from the looks of it, he has more music to come.
The song was released by Dreamchaser Records VIA Soundcloud and named “Trap Vibes,” which isn’t arguable when you listen to the topics Meek is spitting about. Take a listen to the song below and enjoy.
