Mballa Returns With Visuals For ‘Boomerang’

R&B/Pop artist Mballa returns to the scene with her follow up visuals for her recently released single, “Boomerang.” The Will Wildfire-produced single serves as one of the stronger lead singles on her upcoming Never Leave Quietly EP. The Cameroonian songstress took her artistry up another notch with this colorful release by co-directing alongside HeadGraphix in this karmic visual that showcases a relatable story about a lover who paid the price.

“The goal for this video was to create a personal adaptation of the saying ‘What goes around comes around’ hence the title — “Boomerang.” But also a visual representation of the darkness that comes with having a broken heart. A lot of people, when they’re heartbroken which they could make their partner feel their pain & empathize,” states Mballa.

She also adds that ladies can be empowered and don’t have to settle for the drama. On the electrifying “Boomerang,” she sings, “N****s they come and they go/Every lady pimpin’/She know.”

This isn’t the first time Will Wildfire and Mballa have collaborated. Last year, the two released a video for their single “2011,” which was also directed and shot by HeadGraphix.
