Today music’s royal couple celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary. On April 4th of 2008 the pair exchanged their vows in a private ceremony of family and friends that consisted of only 4 guests. Being obsessed with the number 4, because both of them were born on the 4th day of their selected months. Today marks an even more special anniversary, being the eighth year signifying the number 4 times two.
Together and separately they have conquered a lot in the music and business world. And with any couple they have also endured their fair share of rumors. From divorce, to cheating etc. you name it. Of course we can’t forget the infamous elevator incident that took place during the Met Gala Ball in 2014. Aside from all of that, the couple’s relationship has still represented what many aspire and strive for in a potential lover. In January of 2012 the couple made their twosome into a threesome welcoming their heir to the Roc throne Blue Ivy Carter.
