When it comes to style and beauty, Rihanna is known to be a fashion killer, fresh off the runway, setting trends in both the fashion and beauty world. Rih has already dipped and dabbled in the cosmetic world with a hefty list of fragrances inspired none other than herself and a “Viva Glam” makeup collection with MAC; which 100% of the proceeds go to the MAC World Aids Fund. This time around, Rih will be having her own collection called “Fenty Beauty by Rihanna.”
“Fenty Beauty by Rihanna” will be licensed under the Kendo division of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis, who is responsible for major cosmetic lines such as Marc Jacobs Beauty, Kat Von D and Ole Henriksen. In the fall of 2017, fans can expect the Rihanna makeup collection to be available in Sephora and other LVMH outposts.
As far as what is to be expected to be included in the collection, much hasn’t been said but David Suliteanu, CEO of Kendo, did state, “Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is a beauty rocket ship that will appeal to a huge and diverse global audience.” It is only fitting that any makeup line with Rihanna’s name on it would be very representative of the “navy.” As with other projects with Rihanna’s name plastered on it, fans expect nothing but the best.
