Rising rapper/singer Evan Barlow wasted no time in dropping another new single titled “The Fix,” produced by Andrew Hypes, to follow up his last powerful single “Come Together.” The socially conscious artist boldly tackles the struggles of addiction with real life-inspired lyrics in his new record. A recovering addict in his own right, Evan Barlow is known for his no-holds barred approach to spitting the truth in his emotionally-charged songs.
The Richmond, Virginia native has creatively coined his unique sound “the music of the day after tomorrow” and is known for effortlessly blending genres such as Rock, Pop, Alternative and Hip-Hop for a signature result that resounds with a millennial age.
Barlow is currently putting the finishing touches on his highly anticipated mixtape “FABRICS” coming soon. He’s worked with an incredible group of artists on his new project, including the talented producer Bink (Kanye West, Jay Z), the phenomenal Pop Wansel producers “Some Randoms,” Chally (signed to Timbaland), Macklemore’s horn players Greg Kramer and Ouwor Arunga, and more.
