SXSW is in full swing and all those in attendance are having a great time! And what’s even better, there is still so many more showcases to enjoy! Including OY VEY! and SXShabbat, put together by none other than Kosha Dillz.
Dilly’ 2nd annual OY VEY! SXSW showcase features acts from as far as Islamabad, Pakistan to Tel Aviv, Israel to even Tucson, Arizona; no stone goes untouched in bringing out the most interesting vibes of music. The showcase will feature electronic songstress, Tesha, whom is hailing from Israel, along with performances from Kool Keith aka Dr. Octagon, Fat Tony, Adil Omar and Talal Qureshi and many more. OY VEY! starts at 1:30pm and ends at 8pm and will be taking place at Sledgehammer.
On Friday, Dillz presents the 2nd Annual SXShabbat Fest, which is a day party off the drag at Love Goat featuring fresh hip-hop acts like Chuck Inglish and St. Michael to the awkward raps of Derill Pounds from Oshkosh, Wisconsin and Mexico City’s Sotomayor. Check out the flyer for SXShabbat down below for more information.
With over 50 acts between both days, the events both strive to bring together an eclectic background of people that’d make you say OY VEY! From comedy to hip-hop to indie to electronic to rock, the OY VEY Brand is bringing a fresh wave of entertainment to SXSW.
