If dropping a surprise project wasn’t enough for Kendrick Lamar fans, he’s giving those with a keen ear the opportunity to get some merch along with the tunes. K.Dot will be holding an untitled unmastered. lyric contest that will take place on Twitter at 4PM PST today (March 9th). The contest was announced via Twitter last night.
Contestants will be asked 8 questions, each one having to do with a different in untitled unmastered. cut. The first person to reply with the correct answer will win a merch package. The merch package includes a backpack, hat, and a t-shirt .All answers must include the hashtag #untitledlyrics
“Listen to the lyrics closely because these will not be easy!” the untitled unmastered. lyric contest flyer cautions. Do you think you’re ready to win one of those merch packs? If you’ve been listening to it nonstop since March 4th then you’re probably prepared. But one question still remains: How fast are your Twitter fingers?
You should also keep the lyrics of those featured on untitled unmastered in mind as well. Some of the featured artists in Bilal, Jay Rock and SZA just to name a few.
This contest has prompted to questions in my mind:
- What would contest be like if Genius didn’t exist?
2. What other artists should do this?
Peep the tweet for yourself below.
