Following her no show at this year’s Grammy Awards, Rihanna has officially canceled two UK shows set to happen this summer on her ANTI world tour.
According to E!, the shows are being cancelled and postponed due “production delay”.
The opening show of the tour was set to be in San Diego on February 26th but since then, Rihanna has postponed eight shows including shows in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Phoenix, New Orleans and Oakland. Rihanna is now set to officially open the tour in Jacksonville, Florida on March 12th.
Fans are being offered refunds and ticket swaps to other shows to make up for cancellations and postponed tour dates.
ANTI is Rihanna’s first full length album since her 2012 release Unapologetic, which featured smash hits such as “Diamonds”, “Pour It Up” and “Loveeee Song”. ANTI has seen much success in its first few weeks of sales and is certified Platinum by the RIAA.
