Chi-town’s PozLyrix decodes the matrix of the rap game on “Water for Horses,” as he asks us to examine how we’ve been brainwashed to accept low-grade spam as filet mignon (metaphorically speaking), and speaking of metaphors the Seven Oddities Records emcee drops a barrage of lyrical gems over Rediculus’ punchy, organ heavy production.
Although we won’t anticipate “Water for Horses” being connected to a larger body of work at this time, Seven Oddities is due to release their latest effort, Out for Blood Vol. 3, on January 22nd, which will be available in limited quantities, and autographed by the whole crew (order here).
In the meantime, listen to “Water For Horses” below.
