In a nutshell: The trifecta of Tupac’s murder has always been and always will be a mystery. We aren’t sure why though, especially with new forensic technology. Wouldn’t they have found the killer by now? Fans are still mad about it.
Tupac was fatally gunned down in Las Vegas at a Mike Tyson fight in 1996. With so much dismay surrounding his murder, there was no funeral. With little regard to his legacy, his body was immediately autopsied the next day and cremated. There is also no record of an official memorial to date. Since then, his death has been ostracized in the media as somewhat of a hoax. As a result, there have been several Tupac sightings.
Let’s not forget that the rapper also rapped about Niccolo’ Machiavelli; a famous philosopher during the Renaissance period who wrote about faking his own death to trick his enemies. When imprisoned in 1995, Tupac actually read “The Prince”written by Niccolo Machiavelli and was heavily inspired by the writer. Tupac infamously changed his name to “Makaveli,” soon after.
Recently, there have been claims that Tupac is alive and living in Cuba. The website, Reporterz, alleges that Tupac faked his own death and has been hiding in Cuba for 19 years. On top of those outlandish claims, they claim that Rihanna has been partying with him. The photos look photo shopped, but you can be the judge. Read more about it here.
