“Before cell phones were educated,” Philadephia’s legendary rapper Black Thought wrapped circles around your favourite rapper. These days, he’s releasing music with Statik Selektah to tell a story about falling in love, buying dreams, relationships and more. Rumored to have been a cut that didn’t make it onto the Boston producer’s alleged last album (“Lucky 7,”) it is still a well-crafted record.
