So if you haven’t had the chance to peep who’s been modeling for Kanye West lately, here’s a quick wrap up. At first we got a little teaser in the beginning of the week when a photo of our beloved Fetty Wap circulated of him modeling for West’s Yeezy Season 1 collection from the CR Fashion Book. Thankfully that was just a little taste of what was being cooked up. Not only is Fetty involved but also Chicago’s very own Vic Mensa, Holt (one of the latest to have signed with G.O.O.D Music) and Tink are all apart of the visionary’s project as well. This is not your typical industry situation in which you just throw a hot celebrity in some dope clothes of a long time running fashion line (like when Coolio modeled for Tommy Hilfiger in the 90’s), nah it’s not that kind of party. This is an all around respected and may I say a legendary artist from Chicago who knows about being in the studio from day to night, who learned how to sew and how to maneuver amongst the business of marketing and fashion who’s making it his business to pull in fresh talent(even from his own hometown) into his solely created high-fashion platform. Not many rappers can say they’re doing even half of what he’s doing, let alone ready for what he has planned for the future.
