
Five years after releasing their debut EP Employees of the Year , Toronto based group The 20/20 Project is back with their new album simply titled, Tapes and Crates. Laced with boom bap production and cuts courtesy of producer DJ Unknown. The group’s emcees D-Squared and Idrees take a concrete approach to wordplay and storytelling, effortlessly sharing the spotlight. Tapes and Crates centers around life’s celebrations and challenges, and how to maintain a positive outlook during it all.
