Recently, The Black Opera (the artistic collective with roots from Nigeria, Uganda, Madagascar, France and the United States) have released “Sacred Cow”, a new self-produced record that introduces new member Johnny Void which explores the topics of injustice, belief and trust. The group has an affinity for embedding real topics into their verses and crafting or utilizing production that keeps them “hip” in today’s competitive musical landscape.
