Only a month ago, Janet Jackson released a new single entitled “No Sleeep,” which serves as her first single in six years. In it’s second week on Billboard’s Adult R&B airplay chart, the single rose to No. 5, making it the songstress’ first Top Five hit on that chart in 11 years. However, her solo version will not appear on her album. Now, we have the official remix to “No Sleeep,” courtesy of Real 92.3 LA. The multi-platinum selling artist grabs a feature from J.Cole for an updated version to her sultry single. Cole adlibs throughout the chorus and raps a vivid story with his verse, even acknowledging her brother (the King Of Pop) Michael, as Cole references his early 2000’s single, “Butterflies.” Though Janet has not announced a title for the album, it is expected to release in September. Her “Unbreakable Tour” starts on August 31st in Vancouver. For dates, click here.
