Chicago’s own Mick Jenkins just released a new track titled, “Get Up Get Down”; it comes from his new album. Wave[s] is set to release next month on the 21st by way of Cinematic Music Group and the rapper’s own imprint, Free Nation. Mick continues to keep the collaborators confined to those within his inner circle. The project features the likes of Sean Deaux, Saba, and The Mind. As was previously announced, Mick has partnered with Kansas City-based painter Hayveyah McGowan to create a unique 30×30 painting for each song from the project.
