A few days ago, Brooklyn’s Manolo Rose made a trip to Boston for a day long promo run that included a meet and greet at Laced, the city’s premier boutique for streetwear, high end sneakers, and world class celebrity meets. Along with taking photos with fans, the “Run Ricky Run” hit maker did interviews with various local blogs, publications, and other media platforms. I had the chance to sit down with Rose and talk to him about his new mixtape Concrete Rose, curating beats, being inspired by movies, wanting to put on Operas, and much more.
