L.A.’s own songstress King Marie is back on the scene with a hot new single titled, “405” featuring Roc Nation’s Casey Veggies. Marie is known for her feature on The Game’s song “On One,” along with Ty Dolla $ign, on last year’s Year of the Wolf.
The South Central L.A. native survived leukemia after being diagnosed just a month after celebrating her 18th birthday. With an inspiring story of courage and true grit, King Marie plans to release a highly anticipated EP.
“405” is a smooth, summer record to ride to with bae. Marie’s catchy chorus, “I know you waiting for mami, it won’t be long daddy, be patient because I’m coming to you,” is definitely a hit.
