Back in December, Kendrick Lamar was a guest on Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report and during his time there, he debuted a brand new song that featured Terrace Martin, Bilal, Anna Wise, and Thundercat. Many speculated the song would appear on To Pimp A Butterfly, but we now know (thanks to Martin) that was never the case.
According to Terrace Martin, who recently spoke to Complex, the song served more of a promotional purpose, as it was “just a moment” and “don’t even exist nowhere in the world.”
