The latest up and coming DC rapper, Chaz French could be described as an ultra nostalgic individual because of his mixed style, enticing personality and unparallel energy, whether on stage or on tape. After hearing Happy Belated mixtape, we are convinced Chaz French is the new voice around DC. His figurative raps are the commemoration of a lot of realities anyone could be faced with. Last time you heard from him was when he dropped his music video for “Whatcha Know.” In which you see the rapper floating down a river, reminiscing about his childhood and relationships. With big things ahead of him, Chaz is sound about everything he wants to achieve. His passion for his music shows instantly, with his SXSW performance going really well Chaz sat down with us to talk about what is next for the DMV area lyricist.
