Underground legend and Strange Music’s head honcho Tech N9ne gets the assist from 2 Chainz and B.o.B on “Hood Go Crazy” from his upcoming album “Special Effects.” It’s always interesting to hear the final product when multiple heavyweights jump on a record, with that in mind, “Hood Go Crazy” delivers. The song’s feel has a west coast bounce to it, atypical of Tech, but the radio/club-friendly (yes I’m discussing a Tech N9ne song and used the word club) HGC appeals to wider audiences while still satisfying hardcore Strange Music fans. Emphasis on the hardcore.
