Not one to shy away from politics or race relations, David Banner just dropped the visual to his politically-charged single,”Evil Knievil”. The track primarily criticizes the last four U.S. presidents, especially George Bush with lines like, “George was so irrelevant. But he did send the country to hell and a lot of black folks to jail,” and “They gave us Obama like it was gonna stop the fighting.”
Unlike some of the social injustice tracks that have been coming lately, “Evil Knievil” doesn’t come off as overly “preachy,” although David Banner can be seen in the video delivering words to the masses about following the wrong leader (George Bush). Hopefully we’ll get more of David Banner dropping pure knowledge on his upcoming project, The God Box, which has a summer release date. In the meantime check out “Evil Knievil” below.
