ATL lyricist T-Bruin breaks us off with his latest musings on Down. Assisted by the trippy synths of this Marc R. production, the “Big Bruinski” reflects on the sacrifices he’s made in working towards success. From failed relationships to outgrowing his beloved hood, Bruin makes light of it all as a down payment on his dreams. As his frustrations unravel on the track, we catch a glimpse of a true artist’s struggle which is both refreshing and bravely honest. And, yet in spite of everything Bruin is “still in it for the art.”
T-Bruin’s forthcoming project is slated to release later on this year. Stay tuned and vibe out to Down below.
