Right on time for Black History Month, the New York based streetwear brand Kinship has released two Black Panther inspired jackets. The Black Panther Bomber and Varsity both feature the Black Panther Party’s “Panther Power” logo and the year 1966, which is when the activist group was founded.
The lining of the bomber features a collage of Black Panther images including a picture of Huey P. Newton (who is a co-founder of the group.) According to the brand’s website, Kinship’s goal is to use its’ products to “connect us to our past”.
The Black Panther Bombers are now available here.
