The writer, director and star of the new comedy film, Top Five, Chris Rock gathered some esteemed journalists and radio legends to debate, discuss and crack up at their Top Five rappers of all time lists. Being one of the guests included on this project, I have to say I am honored to be among the group to state my faves to the masses. My list, like everyone else’s, was my personal list. It wasn’t the one that “influenced” hip-hop to where it is today. So many different variables make such a definitive list damn near impossible to reveal. However, it does spark hilarious debate and crazy commentary for this group and the theme in the movie which drops today.
