Just in time for the imminent gym rush season, Rick Ross hit up Good Morning America to shed some light on how he was able to lose almost 100 pounds over the last year. According to him, he was able to lose all the weight, without starving himself by cutting back on drinking, getting in more sleep and eating healthier. Simple enough, right?
