Apparently Lil Wayne is feeling suffocated by Cash Money Records. He took to Twitter this afternoon to clear the air about the Carter V‘s delayed release. He told followers that the delay is not him rather the blame is on Cash Money. Weezy also spoke on the subject of creative control.
