21-year-old rapper Cozz has continuously showcased his talents since he was signing to J. Cole‘s label Dreamville/Interscope this past June. The West Coast rapper has dropped numerous joints displaying his clever lyricism and possibly posing a threat to all newcomers on the rise.
Now, Cozz has channeled all of his energy and hard work into releasing his debut album, Cozz & Effect. Cozz has kept the features to a minimum for his debut, but his confidence and lyrics are really what seals the deal. Of course, Cole made an appearance on the last track of the album, “Knock Tha Hustle.” Cole goes in and discusses the struggles he has faced on the rise to fame. Stream the album below.
