Tony Starks a.k.a. Ghostface Killah never left—he’s never even had an off day. The artist has released one album per year since 2009 and hasn’t betrayed his original modus operandi: releasing what he believes is real hip-hop via stream of consciousness storytelling. He’s the most prolific member of Wu-Tang Clan by default due to his 12 solo albums. He perennially releases quality hip-hop albums, highlights being Ironman, Supreme Clientele and Fishscale. Each of the aforementioned maintains his boom-bap style without becoming trite or outdated.
Yesterday, in an interview with HipHopDX, Ghostface Killah announced that he will be releasing a sequel to his critically acclaimed, 2001 sophomore album Supreme Clientele. The albums full, working title is Supreme Clientele 2: Blue & Cream. According to Ghost, “it’s gonna be a whole different ball game baby.”
